2. On-Site Estimate with Upfront, Fixed Pricing.
- On your scheduled day, Ross will arrive on time (you’ll get a text when he’s on the way)
- He will assess your project and provide a detailed, fixed-price estimate—no hidden fees, no surprises.
- Your estimate will be emailed to you for easy reference.
3. Say Yes & Secure Your Spot
- Once you agree and sign the estimate, we require a 70% deposit to lock in your project.
- We will schedule your job and send all invoices and confirmations by email, keeping you fully informed.
4. It’s Go Time – Expert Work Done Right
- You’ll get another text when Ross is on the way to complete your project.
- Preparation is underway. Materials are ready, and every detail has been checked to ensure a smooth installation.
- Once the work is complete, everything will be tested for safety and reliability.
5. Final Walkthrough & Easy Payment
- Once the work is done, Ross will walk you through everything to ensure you’re 100% satisfied.
- Your final invoice will be emailed for your records.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion, and we accept cash, checks, debit/credit cards, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
